What age do you have to be to come to Potential Kids?
You can join in at Potential Kids from the age of 4. We have no upper limit. We are here to meet needs, not limit by age.
Where are the Potential Kids sessions?
Our sessions take place in a variety of locations. Our base is at The Galleria, Comet Way, Hatfield. When you book a session you’ll be told where the activity is taking place.
Do I have to register with Potential Kids before booking a session?
No. You have enough paperwork in your life as it is.
Do I have to do anything before I bring my child to a session?to Potential Kids?
You need to book a place at the session online (via our Book at Session page). Some sessions will require you to answer additional questions before you book
Does my child need to be referred to Potential Kids?
No. We are here for all neurodivergent children and young people
Do I have to stay with my young person for a session?
We ask that children are supervised if they are under 16
How does your academic offer work? Do I have to pay?
We offer specialist alternative provision including tutoring, mentoring, 1:1 therapeutic support and STEAM home education. The costs are met either by EHCP funding or via grants that Potential Kids receive.

Does my child need a diagnosis to attend PK sessions?
No, we understand that the assessment/diagnositic process has long waiting times and therefore we do not require you to wait for a formal diagnosis. Our support is based on individual needs.
